Our Hawai‘i is uniting local working families — Kama‘āina and Kānaka ‘Oiwi — to win a political system that puts our people and the ‘āina that sustains us first.

Grounded in our past and reaching towards our future, we empower communities, shift culture, and win governing power to overcome the corporate corruption, colonial interests, and complacency holding our islands back from achieving a Hawai‘i for all of us, not just the wealthy few.

We are coming together — kūpuna and keiki, kamaʻāina and kānaka maoli, working families and the poor — to say, “ʻAʻole. Enough is enough.” We will have a say in the future of our islands. We demand a Hawai‘i for all of us, not just the wealthy few.

In Our Hawai’i, people have a say over what happens in our communities. In Our Hawai’i, we care for and look out for each other. In Our Hawai’i, landowners are stewards of the culture, the people, and the ʻāina. In Our Hawai’i, the things we all grew up loving will be there for the next generation, and for generations to come.

Our Theory of Change

  1. Build a movement: Through organizing, community building, and culture, build a Kānaka-centered, multiracial movement of everyday people grounded in aloha, kuleana, and collective care to achieve a critical mass large enough to make the desires of the majority visible.
  2. Win elections & laws: Elect majorities of leaders at every level who put people over profit and shift the political terrain toward local working families, not corporate and colonial interests.
  3. Shift the culture: Organize cultural leaders, influencers, and storytellers to shift the dominant narratives in society from individualism and acceptance of the status quo to aloha ‘āina — a deep love and care for each other and our collective home.
